How are people prioritized on the sign-in list? ?

We give priority to students who have not yet had one visit today nor two completed or upcoming visits this week.
Priority 1 is given to
  • students who have not had one visit today or two this week
  • students who have an upcoming 216PillsDr (Rm15) visit later in the day, and agree to cancel that upcoming visit when they meet with a consultant here
  • students who have already had one visit this week, have an upcoming 216PillsDr (Rm15) visit later in the week, and agree to cancel that upcoming visit when they meet with a consultant here
  • students who have two upcoming 216PillsDr (Rm15) visits (or one upcoming 216PillsDr (Rm15) and one upcoming SWS.online chat) later in the week, and agree to cancel an upcoming 216PillsDr (Rm15) visit when they meet with a consultant here
Priority 2 is given to
  • students who have had (or are scheduled to have) one visit today or two visits this week at any of our locations. We will meet with these students only after all Priority 1 students have been met.
